I encourage and practice food freedom and food neutrality. Small steps—like trying an appetizer, sharing small plates, or enjoying dessert—can be powerful progress. Meals with family or friends should be joyful and fulfilling, not sources of stress or guilt caused by food rules.
ENJOY MOVEMENT AND EXERCISE
Movement should be a form of self-care—not a chore or punishment. Whether it’s running in the park, taking a yoga class, or hiking through the woods with your child or pets, it’s all about finding joy in what feels good for you.
