About Me
I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, and healthy eating lifestyles. I practice from a non-diet, Health at Every Size® (HAES®), and intuitive eating approach, while honoring each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. I’m committed to creating a supportive, inclusive space for people of all identities and backgrounds.
My philosophy centers on empowering individuals to build a balanced, non-restrictive relationship with food. I use a specialized approach to nutrition counseling that blends mindfulness, collaboration, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational techniques to support lasting change.
As a Registered Dietitian, I strive to create a safe and welcoming space for all—regardless of body size, background, gender identity, or sexual orientation. I’m committed to providing compassionate, inclusive care that respects your unique journey and supports your individual goals.
I’ve had the privilege of helping many clients transform a harmful relationship with food into one rooted in peace, balance, and self-compassion. I honor each person’s unique lifestyle, health concerns, and individual needs by creating a personalized plan for sustainable success. Together, we’ll set meaningful goals that support a long-term, nourishing relationship with food—and with yourself.
