I encourage and practice food freedom and food neutrality! Small steps can be a goal, trying an appetizer out or sharing small plates or dessert. Enjoying a meal out with family or friends should be enjoyable, not dreaded or avoided because of food rules.
ENJOY MOVEMENT AND EXERCISE
Exercise or movement should be considered a form of self care. Whether it’s running in the park, a yoga class or hiking in the woods with your child or pets, it’s important to enjoy what you're doing. It shouldn’t feel like a chore or punishment!
